BODYARMOR LYTE - The Low Calorie, Naturally Sweetened Sports Drink for Moms on the Go
BODYARMOR has just launched BODYARMOR LYTE, a 20/cal per serving, naturally sweetened sports drink and sent me some try. I like the fact that BODYARMOR LYTE combines electrolytes, coconut water, and vitamins for super hydration.
And, there are no artificial flavors or sweeteners. There are numerous athletes that choose BODYARMOR such as James Harden, Mike Trout, Dustin Johnson, Andrew Luck, Richard Sherman, Dez Bryant, Anthony Rizzo, Buster Posey, Skylar Diggins and several others.
I take fitness classes from Camp Gladiator and run a couple of times each week. Typically, I go straight from working out to my next event (tutoring or running errands).
I typically bring healthy snacks or protein bars in the car, but I frequently forget about staying hydrated. So, I thought I would give BODYARMOR LYTE a try after some of my workouts.
BODYARMOR LYTE Review at Camp Gladiator Workout
We workout about 3 days a week with Camp Gladiator. I try to remember to keep hydrated before, during, and after workouts. This morning my husband and I took our BODYARMOR LYTE with us to Camp Gladiator.
After the workout, I had the peach mango flavor and my husband had the cherry berry. I typically don’t choose coconut flavored things and was worried that there might be a strong coconut flavor. Even though BODYARMOR LYTE contains coconut water, I did not taste any coconut.
The drink was fruity and refreshing after a hard workout. We both liked the flavors. I plan on bringing it again to my next workout.
