Purchase 2 participating (will have a special sticker on them) Herbal Essences Shampoo and/or Conditioner product and receive one FREE beauty treatment (haircut only) from a participating beauty salon! You can get up to two FREE haircuts per household!

To receive your Reward Voucher, after qualifying purchases have been made, visit this website and print the redemption form. Then mail your completed redemption form along with original receipts of the specially marked participating qualifying products (no copies accepted) to the listed address. All items must be postmarked by 6/30/09. Once your information is received you should receive your beauty treatment voucher by mail within about 4 – 6 weeks.
