iPhone users complain of battery drain
We first learned about this issue last November when Apple announced a free battery replacement program for a “very small number” of iPhone 6s devices that may unexpectedly shut down.
Apple said a limited number of devices manufactured between September and October 2015 were affected.
However, other users who said they downloaded iOS 10 also complained about the so-called 30% battery bug, which causes their phones to drain from 30% to 1% and then shut off.
Since last October, an Apple discussion board dedicated to this topic has grown to 125 pages and counting.
According to a report in Forbes, the new release of iOS 10.2.1 does nothing to address this apparent issue, and numerous people on the discussion board have said the same thing.
