I like to have all of the hearts cut out at once, so they’re ready to go each day. Make as numerous as you want. I think it’s most fun to start this on February 1, and add a new heart each day until Valentine’s Day.

If you have more than one child in a bedroom, you could use a single color for each child, add one child heart to the top half and the other to the bottom, or simply write their names on the top of each heart.
